Sapientia et Veritas consists of a Commercial branch and a Not-for-Profit branch, both of which are founded on wisdom (sapientia) and truth (veritas).
The Commercial branch offers highly specialized consulting, representational and executive education services to coprorations, organizations, executives and professionals.
The Not-for-Profit branch aims to promote sound personal and social development for children and adults (especially those in need) and the holistic development of charismatic/gifted children. More generally, it aims to promote consensual co-existence, equity and mutual understanding for
a sustainable common good through intellectual excellence.

Since 2003, Dr. Voliotis has been affiliated with ALBA at the American College of Greece as well as the Universities of Oxford, Athens, Cyprus, Sheffield, and Bremen where he has taught award-winning classes at post-graduate level in Negotiation, Strategic Decision-making, Ethics, Conflict Management, Management of Legal Conflict, and Business Mathematics. He has also authored and led the Negotiation & Conflict Management and Ethical Leadership modules for the University of London’s global e-MBA launched in 2017. His research has appeared, inter alia, in Journal of Operator Theory, Journal of Business Ethics and Frontiers of Organizational Psychology.
In addition to his academic endeavours, he has also conducted numerous highly successful in-house and open executive education seminars and has taught thousands of executives locally and abroad, in most sectors of the economy in Negotiation, Workplace Conflict, Strategic Decision-making, Business Ethics, and Critical Thinking. He has also run dedicated seminars in Negotiation and Mediation for Lawyers in collaboration with Nomiki Vivliothiki and executive leadership training in Critical Reasoning and Ethical Leadership, in collaboration with the Athens University of Economics and Business.
As a practicing professional negotiator and mediator he holds firm practical experience in deal-making and dispute resolution, having successfully negotiated or consulted for company mergers, intense litigation disputes and high-stake commercial deals. Having served as head of legal research for Curiositas (fin-tech start-up) he also maintains a firm outlook into the future, with a particular interest in the legal and ethical aspects of the digital world.
Dr. Voliotis devotes as much time as he can spare (often more) in the service of worthy causes. He has been conducting training in Strategy and Negotiation for the Hellenic Armed Forces since 2008 (Naval & Air Force War Schools and the National Defence College). Since 2017 he offers specialized tuition (master classes) in pure mathematics and philosophy for charismatic children ages 12 to 17, through Charismathia and MENSA Hellas, a cause that is particularly close to his heart.

Dr. Volioti completed her undergraduate studies in law in the most prestigious Law School in the Eastern Mediterranean region, the National Kapodistrian University of Athens and was called to the Athens Bar (Athens Law Society) after undertaking pupillage at the law department of Alpha Bank (one of Greece’s largest banks).
Following her appointment as lawyer she was admitted to the Court of First Instance, and in order to expand her horizons within the wider business, banking and financial sectors she undertook and completed the unique Masters in Business for Legal Practitioners at ALBA at ACG, with honours. Her newly acquired expertise in the crossroads between law and business/finance culminated in the award of the Doctor of Philosophy in Law in the internationally regarded Law School of the University of Leicester.
Her topic, money laundering and, in particular, comparative study of English and Greek law, is right at the forefront of financial, banking and commercial transaction regulation.
She has also been admitted as Lawyer to the Court of Appeal and intends to acquire accreditation as mediator with specialization in the resolution of financial and banking disputes.
In addition to her legal expertise, Dr. Volioti holds a passion for music, having completed her piano degree at the Hellenic National Observatory and having taught music and piano on a part-time basis for more than fifteen years.
